Registration Information

The paediatric program will run all day Thursday 25 and Friday 26 October 2012. The adult program will commence at 1.00pm Thursday 25 October and finish with the Gala Dinner on Saturday 27 October.

Method of Payment

Payments can be made via the following methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard
  • Personal or Company Cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to: ANZICS/ACCCN Intensive Care ASM 2012
  • Bank drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to EECW in trust for ANZICS/ACCCN Intensive Care ASM 2012
  • Bank transfer (Ausralian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to emmap@eecw.com.au

Cancellation of Registration

Deadline: Friday 21 September 2012

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received by 21 September 2012 will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 21 September 2012 will not receive a refund. The co-hosts will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application however, substitute delegates will be accepted.

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organizing Committee and EECW Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
